In this Order, a reference to a section or subsection is to that section or subsection in the Act unless it is indicated that reference to some other enactment is intended.

An application for leave under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of section 184 shall be entitled in the matter of the company in relation to which the applicant was convicted or was guilty of such an offence or such conduct as is mentioned in either of the said sub-sections and in the matter of the Companies Acts 1963 to 1983.
