Tar éis an tréimhse deich lá sin a bheith caite féadfaidh ceachtar páirtí iarratas a dhéanamh chun na Cúirte, le foriarratas iar bhfógra, ar ordacháin i dtaobh aon fhianaise breise nó aon fhianaise eile.
After the expiration of the said period of ten days either party may apply to the Court by motion on notice for directions as to any further or other evidence.
