Déanfaidh an luathscríbhneoir oifigiúil, ar an triail a bheith críochnaithe, an nóta luathscríbhneoireachta a bheidh tógtha aige a shíniú agus deimhneoidh sé é a bheith iomlán agus ceart.
The official stenographer shall at the conclusion of the trial, sign the shorthand note taken by him and certify the same to be complete and correct.
I gcás achomhairc, ní dhéanfar ach cibé cuid den luathscríbhinn a gcomhaontóidh na páirtithe í a bheith iomchuí a athscríobh agus a chur sna leabhair achomhairc a bheidh le taisceadh ag an achomharcóir de bhun Ordú 58, riail 12.
In case of an appeal, only such part of the shorthand note as the parties agree to be relevant shall be transcribed and be included in the books of appeal to be lodged by the appellant pursuant to Order 58, rule 12.
