In aon chás eile tionólfar gach cruinniú i cibé áit is caoithiúla, i dtuairim an duine a bheidh á chomóradh, d’fhormhór na gcreidiúnaithe nó na ranníocóirí nó dóibh araon.
In any other case every meeting shall be held at such place as is in the opinion of the person convening the same most convenient for the majority of the creditors or contributories or both.
