Beidh cumhacht ag an gCúirt neaschara a cheapadh, agus caomhnóir ad litem freisin, d’aon naíon nó duine eile faoi mhíchumas ar páirtí é in aon imeachtaí faoin Ordú seo, agus beidh feidhm ag forálacha Ordú 15, Cuid II, a mhéid is infheidhme.
The Court shall have power to appoint a next friend and also a guardian ad litem to any infant or other person under disability who is a party to any proceedings under this Order, and the provisions of Order 15 Part II shall apply as far as applicable.
