Fionrófar ordú aisig go ceann tréimhse lae is fiche glan ó lá dheireadh na trialach agus, i gcásanna ina dtabharfar go cuí fógra achomhairc nó fógra um iarratas ar chead achomhairc, leanfaidh tréimhse fhionraithe an ordaithe sin go dtí go gcinnfear an t-achomharc nó an t-iarratas.
An order of restitution shall be suspended for the period of twenty-one clear days from the day of the close of the trial, and, in cases where notice of appeal or notice of application for leave to appeal is duly given, the period of suspension of such order shall continue until the determination thereof.
