    I gcás ina mbeidh a leas iomlán in eastát an éagaigh sannta ag an aon duine amháin a bheidh i dteideal an eastáit, cibé acu faoi uacht nó i gcás díthiomnachta, beidh an sannaí sin i dteideal, le ordú ón Oifigeach Probháide, ionad an tsannóra a ghabháil san ord tosaíochta i gcomhair deonú.

    Where the only person entitled to the estate of the deceased, whether under a will or on intestacy has assigned his whole interest in the estate, that assignee shall be entitled by order of the Probate Officer to replace the assignor in the order of priority for a grant.
