I gcás ina dtabharfar breithiúnas nó ina ndéanfar ordú á ordú aon mhaoin a dhíol, déanfar, mura n-ordófar a mhalairt, í a dhíol, le formheas na Cúirte, ar an bpraghas is fearr is féidir a fháil, agus, má fhormheasann an Chúirt an díolachán, beidh na páirtithe cuí uile comhpháirteach sa díolachán agus sa tíolacas de réir mar a ordóidh an Chúirt.
Where a judgment or order is given or made directing any property to be sold, unless otherwise ordered, the same shall be sold, with the approval of the Court, for the best price that can be got, and if the sale be approved by the Court all proper parties shall join in the sale and conveyance as the Court shall direct.
