Déanfar láithreas de réir aon toghairme iomlánaí nó toghairme achoimre a thaifeadadh laistigh d’ocht lá tar éis an toghairm a sheirbheáil, gan lá na seirbheála a áireamh, mura n-ordóidh an Chúirt a mhalairt.
An appearance to any plenary summons, or summary summons shall be entered within eight days after the service of the summons, exclusive of the day of service, unless the Court shall otherwise order.
