Ar thosach feidhme an Ordaithe seo nó dá éis, féadfaidh an tAire Talmhaíochta dul ar aghaidh le haon ní, nó aon ní a thabhairt chun críche a thosaigh an tAire Tionscail, Tráchtála agus Fuinnimh nó a tosaíodh faoina údarás roimh thosach feidhme an Ordaithe seo a mhéid a bhainfidh an ní sin le feidhmeanna a aistrítear leis an Ordú seo chun an Aire Talmhaíochta.
Anything commenced before the commencement of this Order by or under the authority of the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy may, so far as it relates to functions transferred by this Order to the Minister for Agriculture, be carried on or completed on or after such commencement by the Minister for Agriculture.
