Measfar gur ceadúnas fartha bóthair srianta ceadúnas a eiseoidh Roinn Iompair na Ríochta Aontaithe nó an Roinn Comhshaoil (Tuaisceart Éireann) faoin gcomhaontú a rinneadh an 9ú lá d'Aibreán, 1980, idir an Rialtas agus Rialtas na Ríochta Aontaithe ar iompar idirnáisiúnta earraí de bhóthar (ar comhaontú idirnáisiúnta é a bhaineann le hiompar idirnáisiúnta de bhóthar).
A permit issued by the Department of Transport of the United Kingdom or by the Department of the Environment (Northern Ireland) under the agreement made on the 9th day of April, 1980, between the Government and the Government of the United Kingdom on the international carriage of goods by road (being an international agreement relating to international transport by road) shall be deemed to be a restricted road freight licence.
