I gcás go mbeidh ainmhí os cionn sé sheachtain d'aois, seachas ainmhí a bheidh ag dul go díreach chuig áitreabh maraithe a bheidh sonraithe i gcead arna eisiúint ag an Roinn Talmhaíochta i dTuaisceart Éireann, á aistriú isteach sa Stát ó Thuaisceart Éireann beidh cead a bheidh eisithe ag an Roinn Talmhaíochta i dTuaisceart Éireann ag an duine i bhfeighil an ainmhí, á dhearbhú gur ainmhí dearbhghlan faoi dhlí Thuaisceart Éireann an t-ainmhí, gur thug an t-ainmhí toradh diúltach ar thástáil laistigh den tréimhse tríocha lá dar críoch dáta an aistrithe agus á údarú é a aistriú ón áit ónar tháinig sé agus ag sonrú a cheann scribe.
Where an animal which is over six weeks of age, other than an animal going direct to a slaughtering premises specified in a permit issued by the Department of Agriculture in Northern Ireland, is being moved into the State from Northern Ireland, the person in charge of the animal shall have in his possession a permit issued by the Department of Agriculture in Northern Ireland stating that the animal being moved is an attested animal under the law of Northern Ireland, that the animal has given a negative result to a test within the period of thirty days ending on the date of the movement and authorising its movement from the place from which it came and specifying its destination.
