    Sainmhíniú (I) Jedes Organ richtet das Amt eines Internen Prüfers ein, das unter Einhaltung der einschlägigen internationalen Normen ausgeübt werden muss. Der von dem Organ benannte Interne Prüfer ist diesem gegenüber für die Überprüfung des ordnungsgemäßen Funktionierens der Systeme und der Haushaltsvollzugsverfahren verantwortlich. The internal auditor appointed by the institution shall be answerable to the latter for verifying the proper operation of budget implementation systems and procedures. The internal auditor may not be either authorising officer or accounting officer.
