    Comment Lufenuron wird von weiblichen Flöhen und anderen blutsaugenden Insekten aufgenommen und gelangt in diesen in den Eierstock und die Eier. Durch Störung der Biosynthese von Chitin verhindert es die Entwicklung der Larven, so dass es nicht zur Weiterentwicklung kommt.
