    Comment Hierzu und im Rahmen des Anwendungsbereichs nach Artikel 1 unternimmt die Behörde Folgendes: a) Sie erleichtert den Zugang zu Informationen über Rechte und Pflichten in Verbindung mit der unionsweiten Arbeitskräftemobilität sowie zu einschlägigen Diensten; b) sie erleichtert und stärkt die Zusammenarbeit der Mitgliedstaaten bei der unionsweiten Durchsetzung des einschlägigen Unionsrechts; dazu gehört auch die Erleichterung konzertierter und gemeinsamer Kontrollen; c) sie vermittelt bei länderübergreifenden Streitigkeiten zwischen den Mitgliedstaaten und trägt zur Herbeiführung von Lösungen bei; und d) sie unterstützt die Zusammenarbeit der Mitgliedstaaten bei der Bekämpfung nicht angemeldeter Erwerbstätigkeit.
