Duine a dhéanfaidh sraithuimhir a chló, a stampáil nó a pholladh chun críocha na míre seo déanfaidh sé líon na bpacáistí arna gcló, arna stampáil nó arna bpolladh amhlaidh agus na huimhreacha sa tsraith arna lua go hoifigiúil a bheidh úsáidte aige go dtí sin le linn an chló, na stampála nó an phollta sin a chur i bhfios don Aire ó thráth go chéile.
A person by whom a serial number is for the purposes of this paragraph printed, stamped or perforated shall from time to time inform the Minister both of the number of packages so printed, stamped or perforated and of the numbers in the officially attributed series which have up to then been used by him in the course of such printing, stamping or perforating.
