- Comment Removal is not synonymous with deportation (IATE:3584059 ), which usually occurs where an immigrant has committed a serious criminal offence or is otherwise viewed as a risk to the public. Removal is usually the term used in the UK where someone has simply overstayed in the country or somehow breached their visa requirements to describe the process of ensuring his or her leaving the UK. It must be distinguished from forced return or forced removal (IATE:3584076 ) where a person is actually removed by force. Repatriation (IATE:3583822 ), meanwhile, is an individual’s personal right to return to his or her country of nationality. . En introduisant les objectifs de la directive 2008/115/CE dans le système juridique allemand, la « Abschiebung » est devenu la plus fréquente sorte d’éloignement forcé et donc souvent l’éloignement est traduit comme « Abschiebung » bien qu’il y ait encore d’autres notions qui rentrent dans ce champ comme « Zurückschiebung » (cf. IATE:3585272) et « Durchbeförderung ». / Nicht zu verwechseln mit « rapatriement » , was vielmehr mit der Organisation und Durchführung der Rückreise des Ausländers, nach einem Reisevorfall oder dem Umzug von im Ausland tätigen Beamten (§ 27 Auslandsumzugskostenverordnung, http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/bundesrecht/auv_2012/gesamt.pdf ) betrifft. Mit der Umsetzung der RL 2008/115/EG ist die Abschiebung die am häufigsten vorkommende Form der "Rückführung", obwohl es daneben noch weitere Formen gibt, wie "Zurückschiebung" oder "Durchbeförderung", die Arten von Rückführungen darstellen.
