NÓTA Done at Strasbourg on 27 September 2012.<p>The Convention will replace the 1988 CLNI Convention IATE:842987 and enter into force after four States have deposited instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, or on the date on which the 1988 Strasbourg Convention on the Limitation of Liability in Inland Navigation (CLNI) ceases to be in force, whichever date is the later.<p>Although initially limited to states with direct navigable links to the Rhine and the Moselle, the convention was subsequently revised to enable other European states to join
