- Comment Following the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon [ IATE:2242386 ], the Decision on Committee Procedure was repealed and replaced by the Regulation on Committee Procedure [ IATE:3533811 ]. However, the effects of Article 5a of the Decision are maintained for the purposes of existing basic acts making reference thereto (Article 12 of the Regulation).
