NÓTA Established by Article 82 of the Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany. <br>Published by the German Federal Ministry of Justice through the publishing company <i> Bundesanzeiger Verlag GmbH</i>.<p> The Federal Law Gazette is split into two parts. <br> Part I [<i>Teil I</i>] contains all federal laws, regulations of major or long-term significance, decisions regarding competence over a particular subject-matter under Article 129(1) of the Basic Law, judgments of the Federal Constitutional Court under § 31(2), first sentence of the Act on the Federal Constitutional Court, orders of the Federal President, notifications on internal matters of the Bundestag and Bundesrat and — where applicable — other notifications. <br>Part II [<i>Teil II</i>] contains international agreements and treaties, the legislation adopted for the purposes of enacting or implementing them, related notifications and legislation concerning the customs tariff system.
