    Comment Le viager consiste à vendre son bien en échange du versement d'une rente à vie par l'acheteur. Lorsque le vendeur se réserve le droit d'occuper son logement jusqu'à son décès. On parle alors de viager occupé. Il peut être également vendu en viager libre de toute jouissance ou d'occupation. Le vendeur est donc la personne qui perçoit la rente. L’acheteur est celui qui verse la rente. Il est le nu propriétaire du bien. Il en devient pleinement propriétaire au décès du vendeur
