Déanfaidh an ceannaitheoir, tráth an díolacháin, an ceathrú cuid den airgead ceannaigh a íoc mar éarlais leis an gceantálaí arna cheapadh ag an gCúirt chun an díolachán a sheoladh agus chun an éarlais sin a ghlacadh.

The purchaser shall at the time of the sale pay a deposit of one-fourth of the purchase money to the auctioneer appointed by the Court to conduct the sale and to receive such deposit.
