Leanúint den chomhrac in aghaidh an éillithe, agus cur chun feidhme éifeachtach na n-ionstraimí dlíthiúla idirnáisiúnta ábhartha a áirithiú, amhail Coinbhinsiún na Náisiún Aontaithe in aghaidh an Éillithe, agus an Coinbhinsiún Dlí Choiriúil maidir le hÉilliú agus an Prótacal Breise a ghabhann leis, chomh maith le moltaí ón nGrúpa Stát i gcoinne na hÉillitheachta de chuid Comhairle na hEorpa (GRECO) agus moltaí ó Líonra Frithéillithe ECFE d’Oirthear na hEorpa agus don Áise Láir;
Continue combatting corruption, and ensure effective implementation of relevant international legal instruments, such as the UN Convention Against Corruption, and the Criminal Law Convention on Corruption and its Additional Protocol, as well as of recommendations of the Council of Europe's Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) and the recommendations of the OECD-Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia;
