The position to be taken on the Union’s behalf within the Association Council established by Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the State of Israel, of the other part, as regards the amendment of that Agreement by replacing Protocol 4 thereto, shall be based on the draft decision of the Association Council.
Síníodh an Comhaontú Eora-Mheánmhara lena mbunaítear comhlachas idir na Comhphobail Eorpacha agus a mBallstáit, de pháirt, agus Stát Iosrael, den pháirt eile (“an Comhaontú Eora-Mheánmhara”) sa Bhruiséil an 20 Samhain 1995 agus tháinig sé i bhfeidhm an 1 Meitheamh 2000.
