I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 36 (1) and 62 (2) of the Dangerous Substances Act, 1972 , (No. 10 of 1972), hereby make the following Regulations:

Each substance (whether or not a stabiliser has been added to it or it contains impurities which are normal to its manufacture) specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a dangerous substance for the purposes of Part IV of the Dangerous Substances Act, 1972 (No. 10 of 1972), on the ground that in the opinion of the Minister the substance constitutes a potential source of danger to person or property.
