Is iad an Oifig um Chosc na Sceimhlitheoireachta (TPB) de chuid Oifig na Náisiún Aontaithe um Dhrugaí agus Coireacht (UNODC), trína Clár um sceimhlitheoireacht CBRN a chosc, agus Oifig na Náisiún Aontaithe um an bhFrithsceimhlitheoireacht (UNOCT), trí Chlár Lárionad Comhpháirteach Frithsceimhlitheoireachta na Náisiún Aontaithe (UNCCT) dá cuid a bhaineann le hAirm Ollscriosta/Sceimhlitheoireacht Cheimiceach, Bhitheolaíoch, Raideolaíoch agus Núicléach (WMD/CBRN) a chosc agus freagairt ar an méid sin, a chuirfidh an tionscadal seo chun feidhme, i ndlúthchomhar le hoifigí ábhartha allamuigh mar aon le heagraíochtaí idirnáisiúnta agus neamhrialtasacha, de réir mar is iomchuí, lena n-áirítear Toscaireachtaí an Aontais Eorpaigh, an Tionscnamh maidir le hIonaid Barr Feabhais an Aontais Eorpaigh chun Riosca Ceimiceach, Bitheolaíoch, Raideolaíoch agus Núicléach a mhaolú (CoE AE CBRN), an Ghníomhaireacht Idirnáisiúnta do Fhuinneamh Adamhach (IAEA), Institiúid Taighde na Náisiún Aontaithe um Choireacht agus Ceartas (UNICRI), Oifig na Náisiún Aontaithe um Ghnóthaí Dí-armála (UNODA) agus Grúpa Saineolaithe Choiste Chomhairle Slándála na Náisiún Aontaithe arna bhunú de bhun rún 1540 (2004).
This project will be implemented by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Terrorism Prevention Branch (TPB), through its CBRN Terrorism Prevention Programme, and by the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT), through its United Nations Counter-Terrorism Centre (UNCCT) Programme on Preventing and Responding to Weapons of Mass Destruction/Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Terrorism (WMD/CBRN), in close collaboration with relevant field offices as well as international and non-governmental organizations, as appropriate, including the Delegations of the European Union, the European Union CBRN Risk Mitigation Centres of Excellence (EU CBRN CoE) Initiative, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI), the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) and the Group of Experts of the United Nations Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1540 (2004).
