The Programme should foster the cooperation between the Union and international organisations such as Unesco, the Council of Europe, including Eurimages and the European Audiovisual Observatory (the ‘Observatory’), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the World Intellectual Property Organisation.
