—(1) In ionad na ndiúitéthe custum a forchuirtear le fo-alt (1) d'alt 5 den Finance Act, 1920, éileofar, gearrfar, agus íocfar diúité custum do réir na rátaí seo leanas ar gach mum, beoir dhubh no spriúis, fionn-bheoir Bherlíneach agus ullamhóidí eile (brachuithe no nea-mbrachuithe) den chinéal chéanna a hiomportálfar an 9adh lá de Mhí na Samhna, 1939, no dá éis, sé sin le rá:—
—(1) In lieu of the duties of customs imposed by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Finance Act, 1920, there shall be charged, levied, and paid on all mum spruce or black beer, Berlin white beer, and other preparations (whether fermented or not fermented) of a similar character imported on or after the 9th day of November, 1939, a duty of customs at the following rates, that is to say:—

—(1) In ionad na ndleacht custam a forchuireadh le fo-alt (1) d'alt 5 den Acht Airgeadais (Uimh. 2), 1939 ( Uimh. 33 de 1939 ), déanfar, amhail ar an 16ú lá Dheireadh Fómhair, 1947, agus ón lá sin amach, dleacht chustam do réir na rátaí seo a leanas d'éileamh, a thobhach agus d'íoc ar an mum, an bheoir sprúis nó an bheoir dhubh, an fhionn-bheoir Bheirlíneach agus na hullmhóidí eile go léir (pé acu giosálta nó neamh-ghiosálta dhóibh) dá samhail sin a hallmhuireofar isteach sa Stát, is é sin le rá:—
—(1) In lieu of the duties of customs imposed by subsection (1) of section 5 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1939 (No. 33 of 1939), there shall, as on and from the 16th day of October, 1947, be charged, levied and paid on all mum, spruce or black beer, Berlin white beer and other preparations (whether fermented or not fermented) of a similar character imported into the State, a duty of customs at the following rates, that is to say:—

(2) An dleacht chustam a forchuireadh le fo-alt (1) d'alt 9 d'Acht 1947, déanfar, maidir leis an mum, an bheoir sprúis nó an bheoir dhubh, an fhionn-bheoir Bheirlíneach agus na hullmhóidí eile go léir (giosálta nó neamh-ghiosálta) dá samhail sin a hallmhuireofar ar an 5ú lá de Mhárta, 1948, nó dá éis, í a mhuirearú, a thobhach agus d'íoc do réir na rátaí seo a leanas:—
(2) The duty of customs imposed by subsection (1) of section 9 of the Act of 1947 shall, in respect of all mum, spruce or black beer, Berlin white beer, and other preparations (whether fermented or not fermented) of a similar character imported on or after the 5th day of March, 1948, be charged, levied and paid at the following rates—

—(1) In ionad na ndleacht custam a forchuireadh le fo-alt (1) d'alt 9 den Acht Airgeadais (Uimh. 2), 1947 ( Uimh. 33 de 1947 ), arna leasú le halt 6 den Acht Airgeadais, 1948 ( Uimh. 12 de 1948 ), déanfar, amhail ar an 3ú lá d'Aibreán, 1952, agus ón lá sin amach, dleacht chustam do réir na rátaí seo a leanas a mhuirearú, a thobhach agus d'íoc ar an mum, an bheoir sprúis nó an bheoir dhubh, an fhionn-bheoir Bheirlíneach agus na hullmhóidí eile go léir (pé acu giosáilte nó neamh-ghiosáilte dhóibh) dá samhail sin a hallmhuireofar isteach sa Stát, is é sin le rá:
—(1) In lieu of the duties of customs imposed by subsection (1) of section 9 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1947 (No. 33 of 1947), as amended by section 6 of the Finance Act, 1948 (No. 12 of 1948), there shall, as on and from the 3rd day of April, 1952, be charged, levied and paid on all mum, spruce or black beer, Berlin white beer and other preparations (whether fermented or not fermented) of a similar character imported into the State, a duty of customs at the following rates, that is to say:

(2) Déanfar an dleacht chustam a forchuirtear le halt 9 d'Acht 1952 ar mhum, beoir sprúis nó beoir dhubh, fionn-bheoir Bherlíneach, agus ullmhóidí eile (giosáilte nó neamhghiosáilte) dá samhail sin a hallmhuireofar isteach sa Stát, a mhuirearú, a thobhach agus d'íoc, amhail ar an 22ú lá d'Aibreán, 1954, agus dá éis, do réir na rátaí seo a leanas:
(2) The duty of customs imposed by section 9 of the Act of 1952 on mum, spruce or black beer, Berlin white beer, and other preparations (whether fermented or not fermented) of a similar character imported into the State, shall be charged, levied and paid, as on and from the 22nd day of April, 1954, at the following rates:

(3) In ionad na dleachta custam a forchuirtear le fo-alt (1) d'alt 9 d'Acht 1952, arna leasú le halt 13 d'Acht 1954, déanfar, amhail ar an 9ú lá de Bhealtaine, 1957, agus ón lá sin amach dleacht chustam do réir na rátaí seo a leanas a mhuirearú, a thobhach agus d'íoc ar an mum, an bheoir sprúis nó an bheoir dhubh, an fhionn-bheoir Bheirlíneach, agus ar ullmhóidí eile (pé acu giosáilte nó neamh-ghiosáilte dhóibh) dá samhail sin a hallmhuireofar isteach sa Stát, is é sin le rá:
(3) In lieu of the duty of customs imposed by subsection (1) of section 9 of the Act of 1952, as amended by section 13 of the Act of 1954, there shall, as on and from the 9th day of May, 1957, be charged, levied and paid, on mum, spruce or black beer, Berlin white beer, and other preparations (whether fermented or not fermented) of a similar character imported into the State, a duty of customs at the following rates, that is to say:

(2) In ionad an dleacht custam a fhorchuirtear le fo-alt (3) d'alt 9 den Acht Airgeadais, 1957 , déanfar, amhail ar an agus ón 1ú lá d'Aibreán, 1962, dleacht custam de réir na rátaí seo a leanas a mhuirearú, a thobhach agus a íoc ar an mum, an bheoir sprúis nó an bheoir dhubh, an fhionn-bheoir Bheirlíneach, agus ar ullmhóidí eile (cibé acu giosáilte nó neamhghiosáilte dóibh) dá samhail sin a allmhuireofar isteach sa Stát, is é sin le rá:
(2) In lieu of the duty of customs imposed by subsection (3) of section 9 of the Finance Act, 1957 , there shall, as on and from the 11th day of April, 1962, be charged, levied and paid, on mum, spruce or black beer, Berlin white beer, and other preparations,(whether fermented or not fermented) of a similar character imported into the State, a duty of customs at the following rates:

(2) In lieu of the duty of customs imposed by subsection (2) of section 3 of the Finance Act, 1962 , there shall, as on and from the 15th day of April, 1964, be charged, levied and paid, on mum, spruce or black beer, Berlin white beer, and other preparations (whether fermented or not fermented) of a similar character imported into the State, a duty of customs at the following rates:
