This subparagraph shall apply neither to the Protocol on economic and social cohesion nor to the Protocol on the system of public broadcasting in the Member States.

Sa Phrótacal maidir leis an gcóras craolacháin phoiblí sna Ballstáit, sa mhír dheiridh den bhrollach, cuirtear ‘a chuirfear i gceangal leis an gConradh ar Fheidhmiú an Aontais Eorpaigh’ in ionad ‘a chuirfear i gceangal leis an gConradh ag bunú an Chomhphobail Eorpaigh’.

In the Protocol on the system of public broadcasting in the Member States, in the final paragraph of the preamble, the words ‘which shall be annexed to the Treaty establishing the European Community’ shall be replaced by ‘which shall be annexed to the Treaty on European Union and to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union’.
