promote, including by supporting their dissemination and use, relevant international instruments, such as the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy, the United Nations Global Compact and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights “Implementing the United Nations “Protect, Respect and Remedy” Framework”, endorsed by the United Nations Human Rights Council in its Resolution A/HRC/RES/17/4 on 16 June 2011, (hereinafter referred to as “United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights”); and
