    Agus torthaí an chomhairliúcháin phoiblí maidir le nóta CREG 2024 á gcur san áireamh, tháinig Aireacht Fuinnimh na Beilge ar an gconclúid nár soláthraíodh leis an modheolaíocht a mhol CREG (go háirithe an tsriantacht bhuiséadach) ráthaíochtaí leordhóthanacha go n-urramófaí cuspóir an tsásra acmhainneachta chun ‘an leibhéal slándála soláthair is gá a áirithiú’ i gcomhréir leis na critéir dhlíthiúla.

    Taking into account the results of the public consultation on the CREG note 2024, the Belgian Ministry of Energy concluded that the methodology proposed by the CREG (especially the budgetary constraint) did not provide sufficient guarantees that the CRM objective to ‘ensure the required level of security of supply’, would be respected in accordance with the legal criteria.
