Indeed, Bureau Veritas has acquired a significant and long-standing expertise in checking PDOs, and is able to ensure the establishment of an effective, objective and impartial overall mechanism for the performance of the official controls related to the verification of compliance with the product specification of ‘Χαλλούμι’ (Halloumi)/‘Hellim’ throughout Cyprus at farm, feed mill, milk collection, transportation and cheese factory level.
