    Á áitiú gur fíor-riachtanas iad misin chun ról na Cúirte a chomhlíonadh agus deis a thabhairt dá comhaltaí gníomhú mar ambasadóirí ón gCúirt ina dtíortha baile faoi seach; á chur in iúl gur geal léi go bhfoilsíonn an Chúirt faisnéis maidir leis na misin a rinne a comhaltaí ar a suíomh gréasáin ach á áitiú go bhfuil sé contrártha do chaighdeáin trédhearcachta agus cuntasachta a bhfuiltear ag súil leo ón gCúirt gan faisnéis faoi mhisin a rinneadh sna blianta roimhe sin a choinneáil ar a suíomh gréasáin ar feadh níos mó ná tréimhse an-teoranta; ag tacú, ar an gcaoi chéanna, lena hiarraidh ar son trédhearcacht maidir le cuspóirí agus costais mhisin na Cúirte agus á iarraidh ar an gCúirt tuairisciú don údarás um urscaoileadh faoi chásanna inar braitheadh neamhrialtachtaí leis na rialuithe ex ante agus ex post; ag diúltú do mheasúnú agus do chinneadh na Cúirte gan dul isteach i gClár Trédhearcachta an Aontais agus ag spreagadh na Cúirte machnamh a dhéanamh arís ar an ábhar, ag athdhearbhú a hiarrata láidir ar an gCúirt dul isteach i gClár Trédhearcachta an Aontais, rud nach gcuirfidh aon bhac ar neamhspleáchas iomlán na Cúirte;

    Maintains that missions are essential to fulfil the role of the Court and to allow its members to act as ambassadors of the Court in their respective home countries; welcomes that the Court publishes information on the missions carried out by its members on its website but insists that not keeping information on missions carried out in previous years on its website for more than a very limited time is contrary to the standards of transparency and accountability expected of the Court; likewise reiterates its call for transparency in relation to the purposes and costs of the missions of the Court and asks the Court to report to the discharge authority about cases where ex ante and ex post controls have detected irregularities; rejects the Court’s assessment and decision not to join the Union Transparency Register and encourages the Court to reflect again on the matter, reiterating its strong call for the Court to join the Union Transparency Register which will not pose any obstacle to the full independence of the Court;
