De rogha ar ualú priacal 1250 % a chur i bhfeidhm maidir le risíochtaí seachadta saor in aisce de réir Cholún 4 de Thábla 2 i mír 1, féadfaidh institiúidí an luach aistrithe móide risíocht dheimhneach reatha na risíochtaí sin a asbhaint ó mhíreanna de Ghnáthchothromas Leibhéal 1 i gcomhréir le pointe (k) d'Airteagal 36(1).
As an alternative to applying a risk weight of 1250 % to free delivery exposures according to Column 4 of Table 2 in paragraph 1, institutions may deduct the value transferred plus the current positive exposure of those exposures from Common Equity Tier 1 items in accordance with point (k) of Article 36(1).
