I gcás ina sáróidh comhalta den Choiste, toscaire, comhalta malartach nó comhairleoir na caighdeáin eiticiúla, na rialacha, na prionsabail nó na caighdeáin iompair, nó na dualgais agus na hoibleagáidí a leagtar síos sna Rialacha Nós Imeachta seo, sa Chód Iompair nó i Reacht na gComhaltaí, beidh feidhm ag an nós imeachta araíonachta a leagtar síos i gCuid III den Chód Iompair.
In the event of a breach of ethical standards, of rules, principles or standards of conduct, or of the duties and obligations laid down in these Rules of Procedure, in the Code of Conduct or in the Members’ Statute by a member of the Committee, a delegate, an alternate or an advisor, the disciplinary procedure laid down in Part III of the Code of Conduct shall apply.
