Faoin 1 Iúil 2027, déanfaidh an Coimisiún na forbairtí ar fheidhmiú na scéime lipéadaithe a bhunaítear leis an Airteagal seo a shainaithint agus a mheasúnú mar aon le feabhsuithe féideartha ar an scéim nó ar bhearta breise ina leith, d’fhonn gur féidir, go háirithe, scéim lipéadaithe comhshaoil atá éigeantach a bhunú lena gcuimseofar gach gné d’fheidhmíocht chomhshaoil eitiltí nó de thacar d’eitiltí agus na bearta dícharbonúcháin éagsúla a dhéanfaidh oibreoirí aerárthaí, i gcomhréir iomlán le dlí an Aontais.
By 1 July 2027, the Commission shall identify and assess the developments on the functioning of the labelling scheme set up by this Article as well as possible improvements or additional measures to such scheme, with a view in particular to establish a compulsory environmental labelling scheme encompassing all aspects of the environmental performance of flights or set of flights and the different decarbonisation measures that aircraft operators take, in full compliance with Union law.
