The application of the following provisions of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Belarus on the facilitation of the issuance of visas (‘the Facilitation Agreement’) is suspended:
Déanfar na táillí tarscaoilte dá dtagraítear i mír 1 den Airteagal seo a ríomh ar bhonn leibhéal na dtáillí víosa agus na dtarscaoiltí táillí víosa a bhunaítear leis an gComhaontú idir an Comhphobal Eorpach agus Cónaidhm na Rúise maidir le heisiúint víosaí do shaoránaigh an Aontais Eorpaigh agus Chónaidhm na Rúise a éascú(30), faoi chuimsiú an chreata airgeadais a leagtar amach i mír 2 den Airteagal seo.
The foregone fees referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be calculated on the basis of the level of visa fees and the visa fee waivers established by the Agreement between the European Community and the Russian Federation on the facilitation of the issuance of visas to the citizens of the European Union and the Russian Federation(30), within the financial framework set out in paragraph 2 of this Article.
