Dá bhrí sin, ba cheart pointí 145.A.30(j)(3) agus (4) d’Iarscríbhinn II a ghabhann le Rialachán (AE) Uimh. 1321/2014 a leasú chun an tagairt do cheadúnais aerinnealtóra a scriosadh.
Therefore, points 145.A.30(j)(3) and (4) of Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 should be amended to delete the reference to flight engineer licences.
Maidir le húdaruithe teoranta le haghaidh deimhniúchán foirne, ar údaruithe iad a eisíodh chuig sealbhóirí ceadúnais aerinnealtóra de bhun pointe 145.A.30(j)(3) nó (4) d’Iarscríbhinn II (Cuid-145) roimh an 2 Nollaig 2022, ba cheart iad a bheith fós bailí go dtí go rachaidh siad in éag nó go dtí go ndéanfaidh an eagraíocht cothabhála iad a chúlghairm.”;
Limited certifying staff authorisations issued to flight engineer licence holders pursuant to point 145.A.30(j)(3) or (4) of Annex II (Part-145) before 2 December 2022 shall remain valid until they expire or until they are revoked by the maintenance organisation.’;
