    In the light of the outcome of the audit, it is appropriate to continue listing Guinea in Annex IX to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/405 as a third country authorised for the entry into the Union of consignments of wild caught fish that has not undergone any preparation or processing operation other than heading, gutting, chilling or freezing.
