(3) Déanfar aon pháirt de stoc-bharra a bheas ag gobadh amach thar cheann-stoc deile d'fhálú go daingean mura bhfuil sí in ionad a bheir go bhfuil sí chomh sábháilte do gach duine a fostaítear nó a oibríos san áitreabh agus dá mbeadh sí fálaithe go daingean.
(3) Any part of a stock-bar which projects beyond the headstock of a lathe shall be securely fenced unless it is in such a position as to be as safe to every person employed or working on the premises as it would be if securely fenced.
