Tá an Rialachán seo gan dochar don nós imeachta um chineál-cheadú aon-chéime feithiclí agus um chineál-cheadú measctha feithiclí a leagtar amach in Airteagal 6 de Threoir 2007/46/CE.
This Regulation is without prejudice to the vehicle single-step and mixed type-approval procedure set out in Article 6 of Directive 2007/46/EC.

In the case of a mixed type-approval procedure, the information folder shall be accompanied by one or more type-approval certificates required pursuant to each of the applicable acts listed in Annex I and shall include, insofar as no type-approval certificate is presented, the relevant information in accordance with the implementing acts adopted pursuant to this Regulation, in relation to those applicable acts.
