    78.— If any person shall at any time obstruct, hinder or molest the Commissioners or any of their officers or servants or other persons whomsoever who is, are or shall be employed by virtue of this Act in the performance of their duty, any such person so offending shall, on conviction before a District Justice, forfeit a sum not exceeding ten pounds for every such offence.

    —(1) If, between the making of an application for a barring order and its determination, the Court is of opinion that there are reasonable grounds for believing that the safety or welfare of the applicant spouse or of any child so requires, the Court may make an order (in this Act called a "protection order") that the respondent spouse shall not use or threaten to use violence against, molest or put in fear the applicant spouse or the child.

    THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS that the above-named respondent shall not use or threaten to use violence against, molest or put in fear the above-named applicant or any child, the applicant who resides at * (in the court district aforesaid) having caused a summons to issue for the Court at on the day of 19 at .m. pursuant to the provisions of section 2 of the above Act applying for a barring order against the respondent in respect of the family home at * (in the court district aforesaid) which application has not been determined and the Court being of opinion that there are reasonable grounds for believing that the * safety/welfare of the applicant * and/or a * child/children so requires.
