ciallaíonn ‘soláthraí seirbhíse iompair ar éileamh’ aon soláthraí seirbhíse poiblí nó príobháideach iompair ar éileamh d’úsáideoirí deiridh;
“transport on demand service provider” means any public or private provider of transport on demand service to end users;
ciallaíonn ‘seirbhís iompair ar éileamh’ seirbhís a éilíonn idirghníomhaíocht idir an soláthraí seirbhíse iompair ar éileamh agus an t-úsáideoir deiridh roimh an seachadadh;
“transport on demand service” means a service which requires interaction between the transport on demand service provider and the end user before delivery;
Déanfar na hiarrataí ar sheirbhísí le haghaidh leithdháileadh dinimiciúil na seirbhísí trí iarraidh ar sheirbhís réamhíoctha nó trí iarraidh ar sheirbhís íoc ar éileamh.
The service requests for the dynamic allocation of services shall be made through either a pre-paid service request or a pay-on-demand service request.

The match making of dynamic allocation on-demand service requests shall be performed with the resources of the dynamic allocation on-demand part of the pool and the availability of resources shall be confirmed by the resource providers from the service activation date until the service deactivation date.

Data on parking, such as location and availability of parking places, where and how to pay for parking, and information on parking tariffs, are considered important for the further development of reliable travel information services, and should be made accessible by data holders, such as transport authorities, transport operators, infrastructure managers, transport on demand service providers or parking operators.
ciallaíonn ‘úsáideoir sonraí’ aon eintiteas poiblí nó príobháideach, mar shampla, údaráis iompair, oibreoirí iompair, soláthraithe seirbhíse faisnéise taistil, táirgeoirí léarscáileanna digiteacha, soláthraithe seirbhísí iompair ar éileamh agus bainisteoirí bonneagair, nó aon eintiteas eile a úsáideann na sonraí a liostaítear san Iarscríbhinn chun faisnéis taistil ilmhódaigh a chruthú, nó i gcás ina bhforáiltear dó leis na téarmaí agus na coinníollacha arna gcinneadh ag an sealbhóir sonraí, agus úsáid á baint as na sonraí chun críoch eile;
“data user” means any public or private entity, such as transport authorities, transport operators, travel information service providers, digital map producers, transport on demand service providers and infrastructure managers, or any other entity using data listed in the Annex to create multimodal travel information, or where provided by the terms and conditions determined by the data holder, using the data for other purposes;
ciallaíonn ‘sealbhóir sonraí’ aon duine dlítheanach, eintiteas poiblí nó príobháideach, mar shampla, údaráis iompair, oibreoirí iompair, bainisteoirí bonneagair nó soláthraithe seirbhísí iompair ar éileamh, a bhfuil sé de cheart aige rochtain a dheonú ar na sonraí atá faoina rialú nó iad a roinnt, ar sonraí iad a liostaítear san Iarscríbhinn, i gcomhréir le dlí an Aontais nó leis an dlí náisiúnta is infheidhme;
“data holder” means any legal person, public or private entity, such as transport authorities, transport operators, infrastructure managers or transport on demand service providers, who has the right to grant access to or to share the data under its control, listed in the Annex, in accordance with applicable Union or national law;
