(b) Ní bheidh feidhm ag mír (a) den fho-alt seo maidir le lia-chleachtóir cláraithe is paiteolaí atá ar fhoireann ospidéil, nó a bhfuil baint aige le hospidéal, ach amháin i gcás ina measfaidh an cróinéir gur dócha go dtabharfar faoi cheist ag an ionchoisne iompar an chleachtóra sin maidir lena fhreastal ar an duine éagtha.
( b ) Paragraph (a) of this subsection shall not apply to a registered medical practitioner who is a pathologist on the stag of, or associated with, a hospital save where the coroner considers that the conduct of such practitioner in relation to his attendance on the deceased person is likely to be called in question at the inquest.
