“Risíochtaí i ngeall ar iasachtaí arna ndeonú ag institiúid chreidmheasa do phinsinéirí nó d'fhostaithe a bhfuil conradh buan in aghaidh aistriú neamhchoinníollach cuid de phinsean nó de thuarastal an iasachtaí chuig an institiúid chreidmheasa sin, sannfar ualú priacail 35 % dóibh, ar choinníoll go gcomhlíonfar na coinníollacha ar fad seo a leanas:
‘Exposures due to loans granted by a credit institution to pensioners or employees with a permanent contract against the unconditional transfer of part of the borrower's pension or salary to that credit institution shall be assigned a risk weight of 35 %, provided that all the following conditions are met:

Regarding loans granted by credit institutions to pensioners or employees with a permanent contract against the unconditional transfer of part of the borrower’s pension or salary to that credit institution, Article 123 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 was amended by Regulation (EU) 2019/876 to allow for the more favourable treatment of such loans.
