Áiritheoidh údaráis inniúla go mbeidh beartais agus pleananna teagmhasacha agus leanúnachais gnó leordhóthanacha ag institiúidí, lena n-áirítear beartais agus pleananna leanúnachais gnó TFC agus pleananna freagartha agus athshlánaithe TFC don teicneolaíocht a úsáideann siad chun faisnéis a chur in iúl, agus go mbunaítear, go mbainistítear agus go dtástáiltear na pleananna sin i gcomhréir le hAirteagal 11 de Rialachán (AE) 2022/2554, ionas gur féidir leis na hinstitiúidí leanúint de bheith ag feidhmiú i gcás dian-mhíshocracht gnó agus aon chaillteanais a thabhófar mar thoradh ar an míshocracht sin a theorannú.”;
Competent authorities shall ensure that institutions have adequate contingency and business continuity policies and plans, including ICT business continuity policies and plans and ICT response and recovery plans for the technology they use for the communication of information, and that those plans are established, managed and tested in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554, in order to allow institutions to keep operating in the event of severe business disruption and limit losses incurred as a consequence of such disruption.’;
