However, transfers by taxi may be authorised by the Director if they are justified, such as when two or more staff going on mission share the taxi, when no other public transport options are available or when the transfer occurs before 8 am or after 9 pm. The corresponding costs will be reimbursed on presentation of the supporting documents.
