(b) saoráidí creidmheasa agus aicmí saoráidí creidmheasa (seachas saoráidí creidmheasa dá dtagraítear i mír (a)) a bhaineann le féichiúnaithe nó le féichiúnaithe comhlachaithe de chuid foras rannpháirteach (nó aicmí féichiúnaithe nó féichiúnaithe comhlachaithe de chuid foras rannpháirteach) i gcás go bhfuil an méid iomlán féichiúnais i leith na saoráidí sin de chineál gur gá, i dtuairim an Aire, do GNBS iad a fháil chun críocha an Achta seo,
(b) credit facilities and classes of credit facilities (other than credit facilities referred to in paragraph (a)) relating to debtors or associated debtors of participating institutions (or classes of debtors or associated debtors of participating institutions) where the total amount of indebtedness in respect of such facilities is such that, in the opinion of the Minister, acquisition by NAMA is necessary for the purposes of this Act,
