Tabharfaidh gach Páirtí do shealbhóirí dearaidh neamhchláraithe an ceart chun cosc a chur ar úsáid an dearaidh neamhchláraithe ag aon tríú páirtí nach mbeidh toiliú an tsealbhóra aige, is é sin agus sin amháin, má thagann an úsáid atá faoi chonspóid as an dearadh neamhchláraithe a chóipeáil i gcríoch na bPáirtithe faoi seach.
Each Party shall confer on holders of an unregistered design the right to prevent the use of the unregistered design by any third party not having the holder's consent only if the contested use results from copying the unregistered design in their respective territory.

Féadfaidh Páirtí Airteagal 18.29 (Cosaint arna tabhairt do dhearaí neamhchláraithe) a shásamh, a mhéid a bhaineann le honnmhairiú, trí cheart a thabhairt do shealbhóir an dearaidh neamhchláraithe chun tríú páirtithe a chosc ón táirge ar a bhfuil an dearadh neamhchláraithe nó lena gcorpraítear an dearadh neamhchláraithe a dhíol, a chur ar an margadh nó a allmhairiú ar bhealach as a leanfadh onnmhairiú táirge den sórt sin.
A Party may satisfy Article 18.29 (Protection conferred to unregistered designs), as regards exporting, by providing the holder of the unregistered design the right to prevent third parties from selling, putting on the market or importing the product bearing or embodying the unregistered design in a way that gives rise to the exporting of such product.

Áiritheoidh gach Páirtí go mbeidh dearadh, lena n-áirítear dearadh neamhchláraithe, incháilithe do chosaint faoina dhlí maidir le cóipcheart freisin ón dáta ar ar cruthaíodh nó ar ar fosaíodh an dearadh in aon fhoirm amach.
Each Party shall ensure that a design, including an unregistered design, shall also be eligible for protection under its copyright law as from the date on which the design was created or fixed in any form.
