(2)Déanfaidh Uachtarán agus Leas-Uachtarán an Bhoird oifig ashealbhú sa cháil sin, gach duine acu, ar feadh cibé téarma ashonróidh an Bord tráth a gceaptha faoi seach, mura rud é— (a)go scoirfidh an tUachtarán nó an Leas-Uachtarán, de réirmar a bheidh, de bheith, nó go dtiocfaidh sé nó sí chunbheith dícháilithe chun bheith, ina chomhalta nó inacomhalta den Bhord, (b)go n-éireoidh an tUachtarán nó an Leas-Uachtarán, deréir mar a bheidh, as an oifig sin agus go dtiocfaidh ant-éirí as in éifeacht faoin mír seo, nó (c)go rithfidh an Bord rún, dá vótálfaidh dhá thrian ar alaghad de chomhaltaí an Bhoird, lena ndéanfarceapachán an Uachtaráin nó an Leas-Uachtaráin afhoirceannadh, tar éis fógra nach giorra ná 7 lá go bhfuilsé beartaithe an rún a rith a bheith tugtha do gachcomhalta den Bhord.
(2)The President and Vice-President of the Board shall each holdoffice as such for such term as may be specified by the Board at thetime of their respective appointments unless— (a)the President or Vice-President, as the case may be, ceasesto be, or becomes disqualified from being, a member ofthe Board, (b)the President or Vice-President, as the case may be,resigns that office and the resignation becomes effectiveunder this paragraph, or (c)the Board passes a resolution, for which not less than twothirdsof the members of the Board vote, that terminatesthe appointment of the President or Vice-President, afternotice of not less than 7 days of the intention to pass theresolution is given to every member of the Board.
